Who you are buying from

Chatlog is the product and support brand. The extension publisher is identified on the Chrome Web Store listing. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for checkout and payment processing. For product support, contact [email protected].

What you are buying

A lifetime license for Chatlog on up to 5 browsers. One payment, no subscription. Updates to Chatlog are included. Your ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and Notion subscriptions are separate and are not included.

The free trial

The trial is 14 days from install and does not ask for a card. During the trial, new chats save with no limit. Importing past chats is limited to 25 unique chats per supported provider. When the trial ends and there is no license, automatic saving and bulk import pause. Everything already saved stays. Reading, searching and saving single chats by hand keep working.

Delivery

After payment, the license key is sent by email.

Refunds

Refunds are described in the refund policy.

What a lifetime license does and doesn't promise

The license covers Chatlog and its updates. It does not include or guarantee third-party services. ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Notion and Obsidian may change how they work, and that can affect saving until an update ships.

Write to [email protected] with your browser, the provider you were using and what went wrong. Please do not include private conversations, passwords or license keys.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page will change. A purchase already made keeps the license you bought.
